30 houses destroyed in Navotas fire

At least 30 houses were razed in a fire that hit a residential area in Navotas City Friday afternoon.
No casualties have so far been reported in the fire at Barangay North Bay Boulevard, radio dzBB reported.
The fire reached the third alarm before firefighters were able to put it under control, according to dzBB’s Rowena Salvacion.
Navotas City deputy fire marshal Senior Inspector Ian Manalo said the houses destroyed in the fire were made of light materials. — Joel Locsin/DVM, GMA News
