Fire guts property worth over 400,000 in Morang

URLABARI, MORANG: A jewellery shop caught fire at Dainiya Bazaar of Sunbarsi Municipality-9 in Morang district on Friday evening.
Property worth Rs 445,000 — including three tolas of gold jewellery, 30 pieces of silver and Rs 50,000 cash — were destroyed when the fire engulfed the jewellery shop owned by Brija Lal Saha.
It has been learnt that the fire broke out from a gas cylinder leakage.
The fire was doused with the help of police and locals, according to Rangeli-based Area Police Office.
