Mumbai: major fire broke in Hotel Fortune at Dhobi Talao on Wednesday night. Firemen rescued 24 of the 28 resident doctors from J J Hospital put up at the the ground-plus-four-storey hotel. The other four doctors were on duty at the time of the incident.
The blaze was confined to the cables in the electrical duct up to the thid floor and the false ceiling in the lobby. Five fire engines were deployed to control the flames.
