A fire broke out in the Visayas Avenue area in Quezon City at noon on Monday.
The fire affected a residential area on Central Avenue near the corner of Visayas Avenue, according to a report by Allan Gatus on Super Radyo dzBB.
Firemen have raised the second alarm.
