2-year-old boy dies in Caloocan fire

A two-year-old boy died in a fire that hit a residential area in Caloocan City Wednesday evening.
Firefighters said the boy, identified as Mark Joshua Sabado, was trapped in the house along 7th Avenue, radio dzBB’s Roland Bola reported.
The report quoted SFO4 Alex Marquez as saying the fire started shortly after 9 p.m. at a residential area at 7th Avenue.
A tweet by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority said the fire reached the fourth alarm as of 9:19 p.m.
However, firefighters managed to place the fire under control at 10 p.m.
Investigators are verifying information the boy was left alone in the house.
Arson investigators are still determining how many houses were razed and the extent of damage to property, as well as what caused the fire. — ELR, GMA News
