KTC bus catches fire in Margao

MARGAO: The driver’s cabin of a Margao-Curchorem Kadamba Transport Corporation (KTC) bus caught fire at Ravanfond on Monday at 6.45pm. However, no casualties were reported.
Fire brigade sources suspect that the engine of the bus caught fire due to short circuit, and the blaze soon engulfed the driver’s cabin.
A fire fighter who spotted the bus, managed to tame the fire using a fire extinguisher, it was informed.
