Truck catches fire along Roxas Boulevard in Manila

A truck caught fire early Thursday morning along Roxas boulevard near the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas.
The video of Naru Jalani showed the truck in one section of the thoroughfare and at least two small explosions are heard.
