Fire breaks out in Chowk jewellery shop, no one injured

PRAYAGRAJ: A fire broke out in a jewellery shop in Chowk, under limits of Kotwali, on Thursday afternoon. No casualties were reported and the fire was brought under control within 30 minutes.
Chief fire officer (Prayagraj) RS Mishra said the blaze broke out around 3.45pm. He said the firefighters were yet to find out what might have triggered the fire.
The CFO added that the jewellery shop belonged to one AK Agarwal. He also said that the fire was controlled before it could spread to other establishments.
