Wheelchair-using PWD, sibling die in QC fire

A 63-year-old wheelchair-using person with a disability and his 58-year-old sister died died in a Quezon City building fire, according to a Saturday report on “24 Oras Weekend.”
Juanita Ramo tried to save her brother Silvestre from the fire in Barangay Pag-Asa.
Unfortunately, the siblings were unable to escape the fire.
Investigators concluded that the fire started on the building’s fourth floor, and was caused by an air conditioner that malfunctioned. — Joahna Lei Casilao/DVM, GMA News
