INDORE: A major fire was reported in a shoe showroom in Indore’s Samvid Nagar on Saturday morning.
Locals noticed smoke billowing from the building and informed fire officials and the owner who rushed to the spot.
Fire tenders were engaged in controlling the fire for several hours. The shop was totally destroyed and the owner suffered huge losses but no injuries were reported, said RS Nigwal, superintendent of police (fire).
