Japanese dies in fire in Bacong, Negros Oriental

A Japanese national died on Friday after his house in Bacong, Negros Oriental was engulfed in fire, according to a report on Saksi on Wednesday.
His burnt remains were found inside the bathroom of his house.
A second house and a business establishment were also affected by the fire.
Another fire incident was reported in Lingayen, Pangasinan in which three families were displaced.
The fire spread quickly because the houses were made from light materials.
No one was hurt in the incident as the families were out visiting a neighbor. — BAP, GMA News
