Fire at transport warehouse

BIRATNAGAR: A fire that broke out at a transport godown here gutted goods worth over two million rupees.
The District Police Office, Morang said that the fire broke out at the godown of the Mahashakti Transport Service at local Biratnagar-3 this at about 3 a.m. on Wednesday due to short circuit.
Electronics goods, cloth and other goods including clothes inside the godown were destroyed.
The fire was brought under control at 6 a.m. with the help of the police, the Armed Police Force personnel and locals and the fire brigade.
